Draft pick compensation for Payton

Texans have pick #2 and #12 in first round
12 would be the best scenario for Saints
Cards have pick #3 in first round, Saints are not getting that pick
Broncos have a first round pick depending on where 49ers end up - so that would be available late in round 1
Rams have no first round pick if McVay decides to take a break
Panthers have pick #9 in first round

I think the two firsts is more likely than pick #2 or 3.

Arizona - Arizona 2023 2nd, Arizona 2023 3rd, and Arizona 2024 1st, Arizona 2025 3rd
Houston - Pick 12, pick 34, Houston 2024 2nd, and Houston 2025 3rd
I like having extra pucks spread out in three years. Can fix the cap with young talent.
No way we are getting want we want. Payton will just sit out two years. Play GM from a distance and go to San Diego or Miami later.

I think Arizona could agree on a top 10 pick. Trade down with someone at 7-10 and get several more picks to make up for it
