If Penn st. safety Brisker falls to the Saints in the 2nd, do they still sign Mathieu?

I don't see how we could add Mathieu to that. That overloads the position & we would have to cut a rosterable player.

Maybe maybe not. Could cut Sorensen and PJ fills both Safety and Cornerback depth needs

Possibly. I love how it worked out for us though.
We were able to add 2 versatile players to our secondary...Mathieu & Taylor on a rookie contract.
It all worked out great in the end. Our secondary is now completely solidified.

I think Mathieu and the Saints have had an agreement for a while now and just had to wait for timing on how it will effect comp picks

I'm not sure if we're done in free agency, but the only 4 positions that I think we might need more help are RB, DT, LB, & OG.
Some people might say TE as well, but I think we're fine here.
This roster is pretty damn complete & loaded.
