The more I think about it he’s my number 1. An ex player and “qb guru.” Skilled play caller. Has had success in the league — won SB with backup. 3 playoff appearances in 5 years. Similar attitude to Payton in the risk taking department. Plus he has ties to our state.

We don’t have a franchise quarterback, and Jameis is more likely to look elsewhere with SP gone. I am confident that Doug will find a franchise qb.

I’d hate to see Allen not get a chance, but Doug’s got a better resume. We are a top roster in most categories except for QB. We have to keep the ball rolling.

Pederson had some issues with the eagles front office, but I don’t think ms benson would get in the way.

It's pretty much accepted now that Reich was the brains behind the operation in PHI

Right.

That would be a very uninspiring hire. I'd rather role with da and Carmichael but also bring in a young offensive mind.

This. He has lost a lot of shine and I haven’t seen him listed as a potential HC for anyone other than Jacksonville.

What I would like is if we hired a defensive minded HC, to bring him in as OC. He can “reprove/repair” his reputation as an offensive coach and try to get another HC gif down the road.

Interesting that he’s struggling at QB in Indy

What makes you so confident about this?
