Dont we have 2-3 million left under cap for free agent(s)

Guys/Gals,
Dont we have about 3 million available this year to sign a Free agent to replace an injured player or help in the playoffs. If this is true, do you hold to wait on critical injury or start looking now? Pass rushing specialist, extra LB?
