This hs got 2 years left of a 3yr/22mil contract basically 8mil/yr.
If the phins would eat some of that contract would you give up a 7th or 2 for some competition Edward's for the #3 spot. And possibly fill in for Thomas if/when.
Or just use a day two pick on WR?

I think we can land a WR in rounds 3-5 that can get us 12 receptions.

And we give them a 2nd , 3rd or 4th, No Thanks!
I want a young hungry playmaker , from this years Draft! Not someone who another team already gave up on.
Cedrick Wilson signed a 3 year, $22,050,000 contract with the Miami Dolphins, including a $3,000,000 signing bonus, $12,750,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $7,350,000. In 2023, Wilson will earn a base salary of $7,000,000, while carrying a cap hit of $8,000,000 and a dead cap value of $7,000,000.
Give me someone on a rookie deal ,I'm thinking that fits more in our over-draw Budget

Which is why Miami will have to eat some of his contract.
As is hes their 5th guy on that deal. They'll move him for peanuts.

I put that there because nothing surprises me with the saints and OVERPAYING, and Giving away Draft picks for 1 maybe player

No, if I'm throwing a 7th at a WR, I'd rather go for a guy like Michael Jefferson and let him sit on IR for a year

Hell no. Get a young explosive rookie.

I wouldn’t take him if the Dolphins gave US a 7th round pick at $8 million per.
But I AM one who thinks we have to take a WR somewhere in the 1st 4 picks, probably. It’s not a luxury like I’ve heard some people say. We absolutely need to add a young, healthy player or 2 to that room.

Allen Robinson just went for like a 7th and the Rams ate a bunch of his salary.
I’d rather grab Boutte if he drops in the draft like they say he will. Maybe 4th or 5th round.
