You can't continue down this road week in and week out and not make a change in leadership. You have to shake some life back into this organization because right now it is on life support.

I’ve said that they will get rid of Carmichael at the end of the season and give Allen one more year.
But if this is the quality of football the rest of the season. Firing Allen is reasonable. Not saying they will. But they probably should unless he turns it around.

Loomis will never get better job than this. He has unlimited power and reports to no one. Where else he gonna get that?

Unless the offense regresses, there will be no reason to get rid of carmichael. The offense is far from the problem. The defense is old and slow. Thats the issue
