We all know he didn't make that story up completely. BUTthe fact he used a troll to get "credible info" on a story that for all purpose in my opinion was to, "pile it on", which so far has been unproven and the source being a disgruntled employee, yeah his cred is shot to shite right about now. When you are a reporter cred is everything, just like in a trial and Just like Tom Brokaw,who's career was pretty much over after a false report he made.

It's not like Goodell can come out and say it's a sham and admit he's over punishing the Saints because every other team in the league does the same thing. This is about fending off lawsuits, not justice.
