Did Rodgers throw this game?

After the 1st pick Rodgers threw it seemed apparent to me that he's nonchalant about this season. Sure, he did a few gestures of disappointment, but it just seemed he really mailed it in after that. The 2nd pick was ridiculous to throw up.
Saints D played well, taking nothing from them at all, but Rodgers sideline posturing was very telling.

He didn’t throw the game, but I can bet you he’s not going home pissed at the world like he would’ve been in years passed because his heart ain’t in it. That doesn’t mean that each play he ain’t still bringing it to the best that he can!
That Marcus Williams INT, it was 3rd & long so he threw it out there hoping for the best she figuring it was same as a punt if it got picked. I think Rodgers is a whiny bitch, but I can’t fault him for throwing that bomb when he had nothing else on 3rd & long.
