He was never going to sign with a team while training camp or preseason was going on. He's not trying to do all of that.

He had his best season ever after signing that deal. His body just completely came apart after 2020 and he didn’t handle it well.

He can blame the saints for the injury all he wants and it was a horrible play to get hurt on but once he ghosted the team during injury rehab it was over
