Yeah, I’d love to have his talent, but I have to pass. To many questions and I’d rather take a chance with one of the available WR FAs or try to pick up DJ Moore or Anthony Miller in the draft.

I think our leaders could handle dez. I just don’t think he is different enough from MT and Meredith to justify paying him anything more than a small deal.
He’s getting older and he’s not known as a great route runner. Seems like a poor fit other than some casual fans will see the name and think we should get him.

I think this assertion has been overstated.
WRs want the ball and the better ones will run their mouth when they don't get it. When he was involved he seemed to be a good teammate.
Plus the Saints are not averse to cutting bait with a bad fit (i.e. Adrian Peterson last year).
They'd be buying low on him right now, low risk/high reward.

I love when people say locker room cancer, but when the guy is released all of his teammates say they will miss him and players from other teams are trying to recruit him
