You can’t make this shite up. Of all teams to get screwed over with the worst no call in the history of the NFL, why us?

Because the Saints are a small media market team which is maxed out and the LA media market area is TEN TIMES the size of the NOLA market are AND the LA market potential is virtually untapped.

It's as simple as that. It was a business decision. Don't take it personal.

Negative. On magazine street right now and EVERYONE is happy and dancing. Making fun of Refs and Goodell.

We should class-action sue for monetary damages for emotional hardship.

It's been a huge party weekend win Nola. Not sure what you are talking about.

Not sure where OP lives or went today but we had a nice meal at Superior Seafood and took the street car downtown and just walked around. The weather is outstanding. Tons of people out and about decked out in Saints gear. No one was depressed. That’s not how we do things here.

I think the state that overcame Hurricane Betsy, Hurricane Katrina, reconstruction, rampant malaria and yellow fever, ever-shifting alluvial soils, the most corrupt politicians in the first world, the highest crime rate in the country over several generations and not a single playoff win for the first 33 years of their pro football franchises existence, will be just fine.

THIS is why I love New Orleans. As fricked up as everything is here, there is not a more resilient people in the country. Always in the face of the worst despair and misery we put on our big boy pants, take a shot, crank the music, dance and smile.
