I know nothing earth shattering. His is a d coordinator and they are awful. So it’s clear he needs to go. So which retread will we hire?

This is true. And it’s obvious watching.
We’ve had this organization with eyes on Dennis Allen for years and they couldn’t figure this out.

This has become apparent! He was very good as Defensive Coordinator but when he moved to HC even the defensive might has suffered.
Play calling sucks...run up the middle for 1 or 2 yards. Throw a little pass out for 3 yards...run up the middle for no gain, Punt! Then repeat throughout the game.
