Debo was screwed out of a lot of playing time since freshman year in his defense. I have been screaming for years to get the guy on the field especially when we were starting Welter.

He has always seemed very explosive but he does not have Kwon's coverage ability. He is still raw IMO and is at his best attacking all members of the backfield.

Would take no earlier than our 2nd pick.

What's his excuse for year two and three in the NFL?

I think Deion Jones can be a good pro, but his pass coverage is a big question mark & he's a bit undersized. His speed, instincts, and tackling are legit, but I'm not sure I'd take the chance early 2nd round. I'd take him in the 3rd, but he won't make it that far. He's similar to Kwon coming out of college, but Kwon is better in coverage(not as fast though) & Kwon went 3rd round.

That being said, if the scouts think he will be good in coverage at the next level...then 2nd round is good value for him.

If y'all paid any attention to the context of that article, you would have realized that his initial times at the pro day were taken by the coaches who sit around the finish line... I doubt that they are 100% accurate with their stopwatches from start to finish

all pro days everywhere are hand timed, and there was a consensus among several timers of all the same times roughly.

Yeah, I remember Maurice Clarett got down into the 5s when he ran his pro Day at Ohio State.
