The front office is extremely excited about Anazlone. He got hurt but they expected him to do really well this year. We will see what happens in 2018 with him.

I agree, I'm just speaking from an immediate impact situation

Having Shaq Griffin instead of DeVante Harris though, probably saved us a game or two.

I mean...he was good? I remember him getting lost in coverage quite a few times. When Robertson took over it was a pretty big improvement to me. Not saying he can't be good with more experience, but I was questioning why he was starting over Robertson to begin with.

I don’t understand getting butt hurt over him hanging up. It’s not like he was being a dick. He got another call from another NFL team that was picking him. He hung up because he was just picked and wanted to celebrate I’m sure. No reason to get all mad about it.

Yeah I don't really get why it's a story. It's not like him hanging up prevented us from picking him.

This is not Detroit, man!

Ah good times.

He definitely had some growing pains in zone coverage (not going to knock him for Gronk in man), but outside of that he was looking very legit.

I do definitely agree Robertson should have been starting, but Anzalone should have been on the field too. Imo Klein is our 4th best LB skill wise (intangibles being another thing).

Next year, barring a new face, I would like to see Robertson at Mike and Anzalone at Will in nickel, with Robertson sliding to Sam in base with Te'o at Mike.

We don't seem to be hurting a ton without Klein and I haven't seen as many plays to the backs/over the middle in zone since Klein went out.

We could really use him right now, and he has been really good when he has actually played this year, but I wouldn't change anything just because I'd be scared it would change the way the rest of the draft went

Honestly, who wouldn't want to be a millionaire in the bay area.

Me. I'd prefer to be a millionaire in Miami, Denver, New Orleans, Tampa, Charlotte, Northern Va., and probably NY(though taxes) before SF.

We've got three guys in the PFF rookie ranking top 10, including Ramczyk. Don't care about Foster at all. Foster will be watching at home as the Saints spank Seattle and then take care of the Vikings.

Last year's draft was as perfect as one could hope for. If Anzalone doesn't go down, no one would ever be mentioning Foster again.
