Same. Seems to be more something that gives the appearance of the NFL taking action as opposed to anything clinically proven to help. Your brain is still hitting the inside of your skull with rapid acceleration or deceleration.

There are studies that say the same (in most areas of contact there is no significant change in forces) even though the NFL touts up to 33% reduction. There are them a number that will state several points in between.

Perhaps you should’ve worn one to prevent your obvious brain damage.

I don't think the cap woulda helped there.
