I’m okay with Carr.
I wanted and still want Allen fired. I just want Kubiak to stay and be our head coach.

Still will be a shock to me if we come to learn DA can be a winning coach. I always believed in Carr and think this improvement has to be due to Kubiak. DA could always coach defense.

Allen has more work to do. He needs to show consistency. 2 games is a good start, but he hasn’t proven to be a good head coach over a season yet. I want him to succeed. I hope he was just a victim of a bad organization with the Raiders.

I didn't necessarily want them gone. I just wanted to see more from them. Up to this point they had shown mostly mediocrity, more Allen than Carr.

I’m here. Kubiak is the difference. If Carr has to win the game, we are in trouble. The scheme gets all the credit.

Shouldn’t this be everyone when it comes to Allen? What is the point?
I didn’t want to pay Carr, because i didn’t think Allen could win consistently and I would rather rebuild and fix the cap if we were going to be mediocre.
It is still early, but he made fantastic hires now.

I don't know if I'm on record here with this take, but I 100% felt this way.
Very happy to be wrong.
At this point I'm scared that our OC will save our HC job and then leave next year to be a HC somewhere else.
At any rate I'm resolved to enjoy the hell out of this unexpected ride!!!

Probably. I did not see this coming I can tell you that.
I thought this team could be real good defensively.
