Carr wasn’t the problem today. Carmichael should be left in Houston

Pete sucks but Carr’s redzone decision making is just as bad. If your the QB and your team scores 13 points and your horrible in red zone, you’re part of the problem.

Carr is the least of our worries.

It’s really DA. He’s never been successful HC, in fact the opposite, one of the worst. So we can put it on Carr or Pete, etc. but it’s DA imo. Someone will fall on the sword, probably Pete, that didn’t want the job.

Carr’s contract is dumb use of money though when you could have just saved that money, sucked arse instead of being average, and then taken a franchise QB with a top 5 - 10 pick

How about a Heisman trophy winning National Champion consensus All-American who won the Manning, Davey O’Brien and Walter Camp award.

Because that guy is on our team and we hate him. Early picks don’t always pan out. Carr is an average QB and isn’t the problem.

All of this! It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try to draft a franchise QB, but it’s definitely a gamble lol.

All that said, you are correct…….Carr is the LEAST of our problems. Does he need to play better, yes……but with this scheme and oline, I don’t give a shite who you put back there! It will look like this.

The only positive thing I can say about the offense right mow is at least we didn’t see numerous plays with receivers within 5 feet of each other.

I did like Olave going up and winning on that contested catch late in the game……because he has NOT been playing well. We should have had another TD on the board on a very well thrown ball by Carr, but Olave either gave piss poor effort or didn’t turn his head NEARLY early enough…….either way that can’t happen.

The defense did make some adjustments at halftime, and looked much better in the second half. But this is NOT a good football team that we just lost to……so there’s plenty of shite to clean up on both sides.

No matter what though…….if your defense holds a team to 20, that should be a fricking W!
