Carmichael has crushed it the last two weeks

Gotta give Pete a ton of credit, his playcalling these last two weeks have been so good. Mixing in more plays with Taysom at QB has worked really well. It seems like Pete is way more comfortable calling an offense that fits Dalton. Which is essentially the same offense we saw the last 3 season with Brees. I honestly don’t believe Winston will win the job back. This team seemed to lack an offensive identity under Winston. Under Dalton the team has an actual identity.

You should go check the rushing numbers from this week and last. We had 235 yards last week. Which is more than any two weeks combined prior to that. We are almost over 200 already today. That is what I mean when I say he’s calling good games.

Yes and No. The good come with the bad most often. Stick with it all game.
We do need more read options with Taysom. Like he did in the first quarter with the throw for first down.

I said this the second week of the season and was laughed at saying Winston was by far better.

Yet our red zone offense has been suspect.
