Can’t win with a Defensive Coordinator as a HC

The NFL is offense first. Need to diig deep and find that offensive guru who the players will respect and get younger. It will suck for a year but they need to rebuild. DA is and has been a DC or secondary coach that’s it. He is not HC material. He can’t keep this team together through the adversity, they are going to lose faith if they haven’t done so.

It's sucked for 3 years now. We are delaying our rebuild every game that DA coaches.

You can certainly win with a DC as HC, but you are just more likely to be successful with an Offensive one in this NFL.
We may have to tank another year next year, and then when we are closer to being able to get rid of Carr, hire an Offensive HC and draft a QB

Can Allen. Hire Ben Johnson. Let Carr ride out his contract while Johnson cuts his teeth and rebuilds the roster to suit his needs.
