They were trying to recreate the color rush look, since you can only wear those 3 times a year. It was an alright look but it looked plain without the stripes.

They really need to designate the bumblebee unis / color rush as our new "standard" uniforms and then have the current black/gold or black/black as our "alternates" that we can wear 3 times per year

too bad they can't have the gold numbers on the white jerseys unless it's color rush.
My guess on the pants is that they haven't approved the change through the NFL but plain white pants must automatically be okay.

Just get the helmet color adjusted back to original gold
Yesterday's uni's looked very AFC-ish but I liked them.
I could see Joe Namath wearing yesterday's uni.

that uniform looks like arse. it only was refreshing cause our uniforms were so bad prior.
