Former #Titans and Pro Bowl special teamer Brynden Trawick is visiting the #Saints today, source said. Some potential ST help for a team already stocked there.

Sounds like a Game of Thrones character.

Whatever he story is, it has to be better than this last season of GoT.

Not trying to be a contrarian, but I really don't understand the Saints' obsession with drafting and/or signing multiple safeties for ST coverage units every single year.
The coverage has been solid for a decade or more, and furthermore, it's a niche unit that barely even matters now with the rule changes.
KO's to opponents are usually kicked out the endzone because the KO line was moved up, and if they are returned, half of those are called back for blocks in the back. Punt coverage units have been equally solid.
If the Saints were to address ST, I'd be in favor of signing multiple return specialists every year and pick one or two, as they haven't had a difference maker back there arguably since Reggie Bush.

your always looking to upgrade your team.
what if this guy will come in on the cheap and take banjo s spot and can save them a couple mil.
Also it's just a visit and in my opinion the saints don't do enough of this. you should always have a backup plan like the patriots and always bring people In just in case.

you just explained above why this is just as equally not needed, if there are no longer returning kicks why bother having a kick returner just to fair catch or take a knee in end zone?

And what if Banjo or Gray got hurt last week and this is insurance. Gotta be ready
