Is lower than the top tier QB's last year.

Just something to discuss.

I think alot of that was bc of his hurt knee.

Like 2007, 2010 was a disappointing year for Breesus. Hopefully he'll have his A game (and no more kids being born during the season) from here on out.

no link or solid numbers and passer rating is some kinda wacky to calculate... that said, figuring he had 150 or so 4th Qtr attempts- I wonder how much it would effect that rating if you just turned 2 INTs into TDs? Brees' rating looks like 80ish+ there. I'm guessing that sort of two pass differential might elevate his number to the 92ish looking top tier of Manning. Many football stats do not lend themselves to meaningful conclusions. If his "tier" was lower than 6th or a more substantive difference than 10-15 pts it might be an issue to discuss.

QB ratings wildly fluctuate in small doses. It also matters if you're in the lead/not in the lead. You can make less risky throws, thus upping your average.

Anyone forgetting about the injury he had the last half of the season??? The same injury that took Cutler completely out of a playoff game???

Brees will be top 3 if not the best QB in the league next year.

Is this just from last year? Because he seems like one of the most clutch to me.

Especially the Dallas game. That was awesome.

Are the Billy Bob's still able to go. I'll take either one, Hebert or Tolliver, over this clown Brees. Big choker!

I say Brees should lose his head for this. I prefer the guillotine.
