I'm in New Orleans next week, heading to LSU on Friday for the weekends game. Over from Ireland.

Just wondering where is the best spot to watch the game on Thursday night. I'm staying in the French Quarter.

Cheers!!

Dome or home

I don't like losing in public.

Pretty much this. I know it's a game but I'm poor company directly after a loss.

Do you have an idea of where you want to be for the game?

Downtown? Midcity? Uptown?

I like Walk-On's.

Good atmosphere plus a lot of fried food if that's what you want.

Not the best fried food considering in you're in NOLA but good beer choices.

Welcome to Louisiana.

Cheers, I might head up that way as its only a mile from my hotel - it'd be nice to be near the Dome for it.
