Serious question... If a punt reurner fields a punt out of bounds, does the ball get placed where he catches it or where it went out of bounds?

They dropped all those flags on the Saints illegal motion, but couldn't throw a single flag for Brees being hit late. frickin refs I tell u.

Dude did the exact same thing to Brees that Harper did to Cutler with no flag. Good thing we're winning or the Dome would be out for blood.

Hell of a punt, but frick man, you're on the 5, up 3 scores with 9 minutes to go. Run 2 minutes off the clock and if you don't get a first down you punt it. We saved them 90 seconds.
