Why not sign the better version of Baker in Winston. Who has a better arm. Plus, we don’t have to trade away assets to get Winston.

Why would you, he is too expensive for what he is, he is a diva who publicly blames his own team and teammates when he fails, and is no better than (worse than, IMO) Jameis who won't cost us any draft capital.

Since when does Jameis have a better arm than Baker?
Baker threw the longest recorded pass in NFL history a couple of years ago. It went 70.5 yards in the air.

I actually agree with you.
I like Baker and I like the idea of Baker in a dome.
Dude is young and has had some shitty coaches.

They both have 61% completion percentage.
Their yards per completion is both about 12 yards.
Their sack percentage is both about 6.
Their TD % is both about 5.
Their Int % is both about 3.
Now if you look at Winston’s #s and averages last year, Winston was way better.
Both won a Heisman.
And they both had multiple coaches over their first few years.
Baker is a diva. Winston is kind of goofy. Neither is a leader like a Brees or a Manning.
