It's the new norm and here to stay in today's NFL. If Loomis wants to "save" money, get one of these hungry, up and coming coordinators. Beinemy has interviewed poorly. Miami found the young kid, as did LAR with McVeigh. Sorry folks, it's an offensive driven league.

We should have thrown a bag at Doug Pederson when we hired DA or fired DA last year and brought in Frank Reich.

No team these days should ever hire a defensive minded head coach

I was thinking today how great it would be to have McDaniel. He just has a personality that seems tailor made for New Orleans and south LA.

Yeah pederson should've been the hire.

I would have been fine with him at the time especially compared to Allen. He went to fricking Jacksonville, if we couldn’t come up with a better pitch than them that’s just sad.

DA was the safe, conservative hire. Carr is a good qb but needs someone who can take him to another level. Tennessee has the same coaching approach even before they moved to Nashville. Fisher was a D minded HC while they were in Hou and it hasn't changed in 25 years. It'll be a matter of time before Harbaugh will get run out of Baltimore because the owner loves Jackson, and he's being paid a ton of cash.
