It definitely is too early to judge him, but at the same time it is funny how people (not accusing you) pick and choose when it is too early to judge a QB and when you have seen enough to say this is who he is (at least in regards to that offense/team).

Saw one of Cam Newton's shows the other day building on Brees saying you need to see 50 high level starts before you can fairly assess a QB. I did not see Brees original comments, or the context; just Newton discussing it.

These starts includes high level college games and NFL games. I am not sure if Drew & Cam would count the games at Jackson State as high level. Sanders had 50 college starts (including 26 at Jackson St)

I thought he played decent. Shough will be a better player. Saints might have a good draft this year.

I Agree, way too early. Like Drew Brees says, you need 50 Starts to correctly gauge a QB.
