Hopefully Ali Highsmith falls into the 3rd...

At least New England gets a late 1st round pick from us next year...I still like the Ingram pick from last year. Free Agency may be our best bet to fill some holes in the defense.

Would really love to get a big time LB in FA.

I think we have a shot at a guy like Brooks later on in the draft

JJ should still be available at #64. That's if the Pats don't make their usual draft day moves and snipe him from us

we have to take richardson in the 4th....value pick

seriously though, we fricked up with taking martez wilson or johnie patrick when KJ wright was available.
2 bench warmers, raw rookies vs a guy who unseated curry in seattle is already has more sacks + ints then both our starting olbs...

Why? The Saints have shown repeatedly they can find RB's as free agents and late round picks.
Last year everyone was hurt, just like Ingram has been twice this year.

Meh, that is weak sauce. I'm sure you predicted KJ Wright was going to have a solid rookie season though
Sure Wilson and Patrick haven't contributed as much as we would have liked so far but don't be that guy who comes on here proclaiming this after the fact.

Some mock drafts have Hightower, Upshaw in 2nd round.
It's good value.

What's going on with Hartley? (Posted on 12/12/11 at 8:51 a.m.)
Just making sure he's still alive. Is he basically just taking backseat this season?
