Assembling promising tidbits looking ahead to rest of year

Not having Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry is a huge loss for the offense. MT is a chain mover and about as sure of a receiver as there is in the NFL. Jarvis comes up big for 3rd downs and gets Callaway off the fricking field.

Taysom has done well and has been doing all this with cracked ribs. Probably a big tell as to why they've been keeping him on a tight chain. They are steadily getting more creative with him working him into passing game and very slowly into receiving game (rib issue??) So good trajectory for rest of year.

Kamara has run the ball well lately. Very good sign and he's about as healthy as he's ever been in his career.

Dalton has pretty solid for the most part. You see him getting comfortable. Endzone INT was a mistake and Callaway sucked the life out of the whole fricking team. We still have Jameis who is now considered healthy and he gets to walk around with the nice "upside" badge on his chest in regards to productivity at the QB position.

Penning will be back at some point and his strength will make our run game strength only stronger.

Ruiz has played half way decent ball this year so any upward trajectory for him is a plus.

Olave has been good, still has a lot to improve upon. Needs to learn to hold onto the damn ball thru contact.

Pete Werner is playing LB at a ProBowl level next to an aging Demario.

Pete Carmichael at times seems to be figuring out some identities for this team. I think there's some slow confidence brewing there but he needs to get better quickly.

Need Lattimoreand Adebo back soon. They are huge difference makers. At least Adebo back next week can begin to patch up that secondary.

Alontae Taylor is fiesty and you can tell is a natural football player. He had some very good plays and maybe a few he can improve on. He's going to be a fixture in the future.

Juwan Johnson has shown steady growth as a TE. He may never be all pro but he's turning into a nice 5th option for this team in the receiving game.

Payton Turner should be healthy for next week. He needs to start showing something with Davenport likely gone next year. Our expectation for him is near 0 at this point which is good cause anything positive is a huge plus at this point moving forward.
