If the team likes the player and believes in the talent then that 40 shouldn’t scare them. There is plenty of dominant receivers that have ran similar times. You actually see a lot of the freak speed guys bust bc that is all they ever rely on and never turn into more than a deep threat. Not all but there has been quite a few over the years. That time is perfectly fine for a big receiver

Another factor on McMillan is the WR draft class. He’s likely a 2nd rounder last year, but he’s too 10 this year because there are no elite WRs.

Interested to see where you pulled this stat from and what criterion was actually used. Surely they didn’t use his exact height and weight. Would be interested in knowing what range was used
