I don't think the teams care about the rehab nearly as much as when he had shoulder surgery.
Apparently, the LSU team doctors said he didn't need shoulder surgery, but Key listened to someone else and went ahead and had the surgery.

His 40 time was far from blazin' also. That's definitely going to roll him down draft boards.
I don't think his splits were good either. Bad splits really stick in teams' minds and plants the seed that you may just be a bad athlete.
He should have went back to LSU another year to really grow as a person and an athlete. That purple looked good on him too. Looked really high class.

Nobody goes to rehab for weed. He likely took time off for mental issues. He was self medicating for some reason, and needed to get his mind right before things got out of control.

Can't seem to find a 10 yard split time for Key or a 3 cone drill time for Garrett for further comparison.
Honestly, Key's profile doesn't seem too far off from Derek Barnett from last year.
Barnettt: 4.88 40 yard dash, 31 inch vertical, 4.44 20 yard shuttle, broad jump of 117 inches, 3 cone drill time of 6.96

Barnett also had more production, never took plays off, and I believe was around 30 pounds heavier then Key was when they both ran.
