LT is like QB or CB. Your play againsts the best 31 rushers in the known world and any slights really show up.
Is he elite...no. But he is a good starter in this league. If you expect pro-bowl...well then you will be dissapointed. I think the jury is still out on him being a long term mainstay in the NFL.

how did i get owned? chad basically gayed up the thread for 15 pages(sound familiar?) and the reasonable debate in the rest of the thread i was far from 'owned'. you and your fellow saintards take player criticism personal and it showed in this thread.

i didn't say that as this thread will probably be bumped for good or bad depending on how bushrod does in the coming games and weeks. any new stats or analysis from national experts is welcome. you know, something new.

Chad I have NFL rewind and can watch any game played this year. I went back and watched games of all the players NIH listed. It took a long time to do, but, I did find this out. I can slant any of the players he listed as a good or bad player depending on which game I use. The fact Bushrod is a back up, proves how dumb this thread was from the beginning.

NIH and the tard crew say he sucks. Others say that he has been servicable for what he was expected to do being thrown into the starting lineup. I don't think anyone here (I have not bothered to read this thread for the sake of intelligence) thinks he is all pro, just that he has been ok.

Well wasn't he originally drafted as a guard anyways? And yes, I think it could be argued that he has been servicable at best - but has been a liability at certain points during the season. Brees has a very quick delivery on many occasions which can mask a mediocre front line at times
