No offense to wait staff but thats horseshite, a takeout customer gives you a $3 tip for putting food in a bag and that is an affront of some sort?

yes it is. many companies, I believe applebee's was the last one I heard of, will fire their worker because of posting the receipt with name/card info on the internet no 2nd chances most of the time because it can lead to theft, etc.
