Carmichael better change up the playbook some

fat chance on that, he only has 10-12 plays left over from paytons playbook he can still use.

he is incapable of anything remotely new or original

same for drew brees last 5 years here yet you werent saying shite about cutting brees then, but now that its a new guy you want to suddenly change your mind.

the only difference in brees and dalton is brees had a full complement of all his offensive weapons and dalton had nothing.

brees did have a better read and react mindset, but that was only because he was in the same system for all those years

Jesus Christ no it was not. You're a fricking idiot if you think Andy Dalton was like Drew at all at any point in Drew's career. 2020 rag arm beat up Drew was better than Dalton last year.

If he plays like this year, no need to have a pass rush against them, he looks for a sack

It will be interesting to see how they handle Dalton and whoever they draft at QB early in the season.

The experts seem to think it will be Bryce Young, I still say Stroud, he's the better QB potential wise to me.

You have made my day with your posts on this thread. Maybe you should find a different sport bc you obviously don't know football

This and the rest of the free agent signings leaving the Saints to go to other teams in the division is one hell of a frick you.

Nah they're probably going to whoever is offering the most money.

Yall need to understand that rivalries in the NFL don’t matter to the players like they do to the fans

A guy that was here for 1 year and 20 other teams in 5 years doesn't care about rivals. This is dumb. He's going to whatever team will pay him

I’d rather have Trevor Simien than Dalton.

Dalton tore it up in preseason though.

I haven’t had a sports related melt in years, but this one might get me. Though I am not sure Carr is the answer, either, so I guess it might not be too bad.

Mediocre arm

Agree about the sacks, should have thrown more away. But dead wrong about the arm. Funny a few times this year balls went straight through the hands of players and hit them in the facemask. That’s usually not from a weak arm.
