All starts with Gayle the groomer and Loomis the Loser. They need to go.

Then the suckass New Orleans media allows this to continue.
Need everything to change organizationally.

I think some players are okay. But the current leadership needs to go.
This is painful to watch.
Sean Payton knew how bad the organization was when he left. Knew he had no help in finding talent.

Start calling out the GM and the lack of talent and wasted picks.
Instead they allow for the team to use injuries as an excuse. We have no top end talent, and no depth.
Outside of Olave, there are zero players that are top 10 at their position.

Ms. Gayle the kind of hands off owner you need… the problem is the GM and down… Ms. Gayle not having any male family members from the city doesn’t help either… like her or not but Rita would have been got rid of Loomis and would have in no way invested in Carr or the last and current head coach

An owner can’t be so hands off that there is no accountability in the organization. Everyone needs to fear their boss.
