Well, Carr has lead the league in turnovers over the last half-decade plus so I'd say it's a good possibility.
And then you need to begin taking into account he's dog shite as a red zone passer historically as well so I'm not seeing a big point increase either.

What they lack in moxy at the QB position they make up for in other ways like far superior coaching and superstars like Justin Jefferson, Cooper Kupp, Jonathan Taylor and Saquon Barkley on the roster.
Of the established QBs on that list the only two I wouldn't take over Derek Carr right now are Daniel Jones and Baker.

Although DA and Carmichael don't promote too much confidence, I'll keep my black and gold glasses on and take the over with 11 wins.
I just hope Sneaky Pete and Carr are on the same page to maximize our potential on offense.
More than anything else, I'd love to get back to into throwing the screens like we used to under Payton to neutralize the pass rush. I also don't want to see Kamara pound it between the tackles every first down and get stuffed at the line. I want Carmichael to silence my somewhat low expectations of what he does and make me eat crow for lacking confidence in his game plan.
But what the hell do I know?
