The problem with that plan and this team is the ENTIRE front office is terrible.
Loomis will botch the trades, Ireland & Harley will continue to botch the pre-draft scouting, and we will end up more along the lines of Carolina than Washinton or Houston. They will draft even more losers than normal.
Ireland & Harley are just as guilty for where we are as Loomis. They suck at every aspect of their job.
