No it doesn't, but you can at least assume it took place a few years.

Unfortunately it's hard to research because it's not like it would've first happened in 2006.

unless you started following football as a teenager(which prob coincided with a San Fran SB win), the Saints didnt have many losing seasons in the mid to late 80's into the early 90s.

that is, if your bday is really in 1984

then again you typelike you have a GED and work for minimum wage.

No, but it probably would have happened after yall won the super bowl or started to win. Go figure, huh.

a fan with a pulse of his team would know this kind of stuff.

We all know you just started pulling for the saints post-Rita. It's ok. There's a lot of y'all new comers. Question... Who was "your team" before the saints started winning? Prolly the niners! Hahaha. Typical band wagoneer. Idiots paha

Man not only did your team win this weekend, but you're obviously winning in life as well. Cheers to you sir.

You still think you're more knowledgeable about my own team don't you.

You'll have to forgive me for not being able to verify what amounts to archaic history relative to post-Information Age seasons.

It could be worse, I could be one of the roughly 8 in 10 Saints fans down here incapable of naming more than 1 offensive lineman.

You better enjoy this moment while you can before your season comes down crashing in front you.

Alex Smith won't be facing a Gregg Williams lead defense this weekend so he won't be seeing all the single cover on Vernon Davis he saw this past Saturday down the stretch.

The fact is Alex Smith did absolutely nothing of significance until Williams decided he wanted to try to have a walkoff killshot by blitzing & leaving Davis to single covered. I saw Smith choking & struggling to get his team lined up in a 2 minute drill while precious seconds ran off the clock before Gregg Williams decided sacks were more important then defending the pass.

Smith's first touchdown pass to Davis was due to Williams stupidity of blitzing & leaving Jenkins one on one with Davis so was his pass to Davis that set up the final touchdown. If not for a non call on a pick play, he doesn't hit Crabtree near the goalline either. Outside of that, your boys Kyle Williams & Crabtree did absolutely nothing.

Frank Gore is the west coast version of Micheal Turner. There's barely any threads left on his tires. Gore can only have success against teams with poor run defenses.

Everyone is calling Alex Smith "clutch" because of the outcome of the Saturday's game. Truth be told, I saw a quarterback who made throws that most high school quarterbacks make everyday in 7 on 7 drills. There was nothing special about those throws. Just real simple throws that any quarterback can make facing man to man coverage.

I saw a really good play design that allowed Smith to score on a rushing touchdown. Due to a blitz overload on the weakside by Williams, the 49ers had numbers to the strong side presnap. They pulled one of the guards to create even more numbers. They should have scored on that but that was more coaching then Alex Smith being "clutch".

Have fun against the Giants this weekend. You will get to see the Alex Smith everyone knows & loves since he isn't facing a Gregg Williams coached defense. The Giants will double & bracket Davis this weekend. He won't make those catches against them. The Giants coaches actually have enough sense not to single cover him.

The Giants will only rush 4 & drop 7 into coverage. Good luck with that & having Ole Alex having to throw into coverage.

Your offensive line has problems with blitzes & stunts. The Giants talented D-Line will stunt the 49ers to death. Let's see how Smith handles a strong pass rush & actually having to throw into coverage. My guess is that it won't be pretty.

Right now you sound like all the Saints fans here who defended Gregg Williams to the death instead of facing the facts. I just layed out several facts for you but just like most fanantics, I already know you will chose to ignore them.

Rita was the "forgotten" storm. It was a stronger storm. But it didn't get the publicity Katrina did because it effected regular people. Not new Orleans people. But that's neither here nor there. The fact is these duds weren't fans til post Katrina/Rita

Davis scored on the Giants in Week 10. Alex was 9/11 for 109 and a TD throwing to TEs. You have strong faith in them apparently, even with Walker possibly out again.

That's nice and all except for the fact that we already saw Alex handle their pass rush and throw into coverage. On his way to a victory in which the OL only gave up two sacks. Gore finished the Week 10 game with 0 yards. Personally, I found it very pretty.

sure it is...you come with your flames...I'll just throw shite equally as retarded back at you.

Call it a quid pro quo of idiocy. The fact that a guy from Louisiana bandwagoned on to a successful team from 2000 miles away and rides in on his high horse about people "bandwagoning" the in state team gets it off to a rousing start.

That was with no Osi Emenyiora & before Jason Pierre-Paul started really beasting with his pass rush. Also that was when the Giants were decimated by injures in their secondary & with no Bradshaw in the backfield as well.

That doesn't mean squat especially since the Giants were struggling to rush the passer at that point in the season. That meant they had to blitz more to generate pressure with in return created more one on one matchups. The Giants won't have to take those risk this time.

Nope. What I am is a realist & I obviously have more football knowledge then you do. I knew Gregg Williams could possibly cost the Saints in the playoffs. Unlike some people, I chose NOT ignore history because history has a habit of repeating itself.

You are just a cocky arse fanantic who fails to look at facts & instead you just ignore the evidence in front of you. I love the Saints just as any other fan but I'm not a fanantic to the point where I ignore obvious flaws. Like I said, good luck Sunday because your team will need every bit of it. Alex Smith's rise & fall this week from the media & the 49ers fans will be very Tebowlike.

I know its just the regular season and it won't make up for this loss but a skull dragging here would make me very happy. Drew and da boys will be mad and Im fairly certain a mauling will be taking place.

I know Justin Smith is looking forward to skull dragging Bushrod again.
