SVP radio show just devoted a segment to Rodgers vs Brees for MVP. Both guys (Russilo and a sub for SVP -- Burke?) went with AR -- which is reasonable -- but they kept to the party line of the day which is not: that "you cant take the MVP from AR for one bad game".
No reasonable person is suggesting that.

Jesus bro - step outside or change the channel or something. A) I said I didn't watch it so hence B) I was asking questions.
Most posts on here are people crying that a national media organization didn't suck off the Saints and they "hate louisiana" - which is absurd. I was simply asking questions to get where the anger was coming from and what the topic was discussing between saints vs. falcons.
Moving on...

A lot of Jim Rome hate on here, but Romie gives Drew big props, stating that he is definitely in the mix to steal the MVP from AR if rodgers has a couple more average games. Van Smack loves him some Breezy

I'm over it. Just bothered me you would try and call me out like I had no idea what I was talking about when you had no idea what was going on. And I never said anything bad about the Falcons, so not sure why my post made you want to respond to me in the manner you did.

I agree, it's easily the best show. I like SVP, but I'm more a fan of Russillo. That dude is the most level headed, reasonable person on ESPN.

Nothing beats the video on NFL.com of Deion saying he'd still give the edge to the Packers "because their team knows how to win Supper Bowls."

every week there are these _____________ sucks or __________ gives no respect to the Saints. What I don't get is why people watch or listen to such clowns. It's bad and getting worse. There is less differentiating espn from tmz each year. There are plenty of good resources to be found beyond the lowest common denominator media outlets. Heaven forbid I know, but some require, it pains me to say, reading.

Lol, just listened to the 1st Take show... it's hilarious that they think ATL and ALEX SMITH are bigger threats to GB than we are.

That show reminds me a lot of how Cowherd's radio show is. They have to be provocative or no one would watch/listen. What I don't get is how people continue to fall for this crap though.

I think years from now, when people look at brees' yearly and career stats and see that he never won a reg season MVP, it will be regarded as a complete joke.
