70% on the OL and 30% on Winston.
Even when the OL gives Winston a pocket he does not step into it. He doesn't have to make a huge step into it...just a baby half step and that would buy him a half or full second and allow him to set his feet.
It's amazing how he can watch immobile QBs with good pocket presence in the NFL execute every weekend but Winston refuses to learn it.
