Does it just consist of guys actually playing in the game?

If its just like a 10-15 minute thing where like 4 guys do a dunk then the top 2 do another one for the finals it wouldnt be bad. Just depends on the format.

I mean if it’s something super low key like that, or like I said, if he really just wants to do it because it has a personal meaning, but if not, since the dunk contest is more and more pretty much just about personal brand building these days and going viral, I’d probably still want to wait if I’m someone like Zion until the conditions are right for me to shine.

Like I said though, it’s up to him. It would certainly make me actually tune into the dunk contest instead of just watching the best one or two highlights the next day. Since typically the skills challenge and three point contest is pretty much the only thing that I actually find fun to watch during all star weekend.

What don't you understand about my statement?
Give me one good reason why Lebron never competed in a dunk contest. If MJ and Kobe can do it, why can't Lebron?

should do a dunk with Kira strapped to his back. It'd be both a spectacle, and allow him to point out how he's used to dunking with people draped all over him.
