Winning culture as it relates to trade possibilities

If the Pels’ goal is to assemble a team and organization with a winning culture, how important (if at all) is it to acquire players in the AD trade who have been a part of a winning organization?
Do players from teams with playoff experience hold more value than players from losing organizations for the sake of building a winning culture?
For example, would the Celtics package hold more value than the Lakers package for example (substitute any players with playoff experience for any players from losing organizations) due to the fact that those players have had team success and could contribute towards building a winning culture more than guys who have been on losing teams their entire career?
Do we want to surround Zion with winners or good players who’ve never been on a good team?
I don’t have an opinion. I am interested in the board’s take on this topic. Is this a factor in which teams and players we target with the AD trade?
Do we want to surround Zion with guys who’ve never won anything or does that not matter?
I’m interested to hear the board’s opinion as to whether this should be a factor in any trade negotiations.
Any thoughts?

Not important at all. First, you're obviously looking for the best return possible. Second, you're looking at player personality. There are plenty of douchebags on successful teams and plenty of great leaders/teammates on bad teams.

Don’t sell Zion short.
He is a once in 15 year player.
He is the best prospect since Lebron. Better than Davis, better than Durant, better than Towns. Don’t worry about winners. Surround him with talent. Shooters and someone to get him the ball.

I’m more concerned by the Lakers players douchiness than their lack of winning. fricking morons mostly. BBB! Retarded. Kuzma’s”fashion” fricking gag me

I think Ball will turn the corner this year. He has separated himself from the BBB.
Kuzma is a strange bird.
Ingram is the one player from the Lakers I don’t think will do well with Zion.
I think Kuzma and Ball would be good with Zion. Ingram would be better securing additional assets.

Kuzma looks like the offspring of Kenny Vaccaro and his lover Kenny Stills

He's the player I'd least want
I actually like hart and think he'll develop into a solid 3+D role player

You raise a good point and to why Tatum, Brown, and Smart would be a good haul. As well as some picks.

it’s a good question
none of the previous class of young vets had won anything except holiday
Evans and Gordon had come from toxic organizations and had losing habits

The "winners" v "good" players part is tricky here. How many times in sports do we see a player on a title team (a "winner") leave for big money and bust? Likewise, how do you define "good" on a mediocre or bad team?
For me, there has to be tremendous thought put into context of the old situation and context of the new one. How did a guys skills/talents fit, how will they fit?
Also have to be diligent in learning about the mindset/attitude of a player. Is the guy going to sacrifice his own number/role to help the team?

Not really. The homework the team does on a player (fit, attitude, cost, etc) should be the deciding factor. 99% of the players in the league operate within a system to thrive. The best teams find guys who fit that environment.

In Vaccaro’s defense, Kenny Stills is actually kind of pretty.
