I think they could possibly get Collison for the MLE. 3 years 26.5 mil, or worst case 4 years 36.2 mil (with maybe only partial guarantee on the last year).

lets say we resign Jrue, extend Boogie, and sign Collison to the MLE. where would our cap be? I assume at that point we are over

You can't use the MLE and extend Boogie, you have to use cap room to extend him and you can only use the MLE if you're operating over the cap.

Personally I would like to see us sign a real starting PG, bring Jrue off the bench with the 2nd unit when Cousins sits, then use him in our best lineup playing off the ball w/ Cousins and AD.

Of course the Moore/Cunningham/Hill trio could be interchangeable with different players, but I love the idea of staggering the bigs, Jrue running the point with the small ball, switch everything 2nd unit, then him playing off the ball with our best lineup next to a real PG.
The key is finding the right PG. Assuming we can't pry a top 15 PG away from anyone, I honestly would love the idea of a guy like Rubio, who could get the ball to Cousins and Davis in the perfect spots because he's such a great passer. He's also a plus defender, but unfortunately can't shoot a lick. That starting SG (Moore) position would have to upgraded greatly for that to work.
