I didn’t get ripped off. I bought into an organization that I love. My kid and i Love going to the games, even the grizzlies on a Wednesday.

I wish we could do like y’all. Unfortunately we don’t live in Nola and mid week games etc would be a no go for us, so can’t invest in season tickets. I only made 1 game this year, and my son didn’t get to go to any this year either,
Bought 4 the other day and was going to bring him as a surprise for game 3 but those tix were yanked from me ....smh

Longhorn, I have 2 extra uppers that I bought. They aren’t the best tix, but if you want to take your boy tell me right now and they are yours for cost.

im not a pels fan. I enjoy nba.. and only care about going to a big game. Im pulling for the pels though. And no clue how it probably wont happen lol. There are literally tickets online now for $75 plus fees.. sure id pay more than face, but like i said i didnt waste thousands up front on boring games.
And as far as you and your kid going, thats great. Maybe if i didnt live 2 and a half hrs away i would have the same outlook as you. But it isnt as convenient to drive that far several nights a week.

Then don’t bitch that you don’t get preferential treatment. Of course STHs will get better opportunities for tix than some guy who isn’t invested in the team, and is admittedly not a pelicans fan.

i didnt.. i was simply making the comment about the STH crying for 2 days like they didnt get tickets and got screwed, and then getting them now and scalping them
if you look at my post history from yest i plainly said STH should get first crack

You make a fair point, but there are also fans like me who don't even get a paycheck yet/have to pay off tons of loans that can't afford to get season tickets and can maybe go to a few games per year. I want to support the team in the playoffs but if a STH is gonna buy up the decent seats before I can just to flip them back to me for 2-3x the price then of course I will feel pretty upset. I'll still probably try to go when if I have to buy resale but it's a pretty big expense for me at the current time.
