We need to look at any possible packages of a SG and SF/PF for these assets:

Lonzo, JJ, Melli, 3 1sts, pick swaps, any 2nds.

We keep NAW and Kira. We only send out Hart unless it is for a long term solution.

We don't need to trade for Beal level players because it requires both future picks and our young stars. We need to go the next tier down where picks and expirings can get it done. PJ Tucker, Zach LaVine, etc.

i found these odds to be interesting (obviously each of these players are very unlikely to be traded by the deadline but still interesting if they were to be traded)

We keep NAW and Kira.
If it's realistic deals only, one of the 2 and most likely both NAW and Kira have to be included.

Please yes to Beal, obviously.

f no to draymond and that albatross contract. I wanna go back and find all those "draymond isn't asked to score 20PPG, but he could if they needed him to"

Lowry will be 35 in march and as age/injuries start piling up...you'd have to think he's gonna retire soon. Hell, he might just want to retire as a raptor. That being said, sending them bledsoe for Lowry and us sending lonzo out to a 3rd team for picks would work logistically.

I’m a bit conflicted with potentially trading for Draymond. Sure, he can’t shoot or score and he has a bad contract. He’s also a bit of an a-hole.

However, he has elite basketball intelligence (esp defensively), unmatched desire to win, is a leader and he’s unafraid to call anyone out no matter what their stature is.

This all good guy/nice guy culture is not a winning culture. Teams generally need a Draymond, a Marcus Smart, a Rondo, a Pat Bev, to put them over the top.

We wouldn’t win a championship with draymond making the money he makes now, but I really think he would have a positive impact on our young, probably too chill group. Imagine Zion with just 25% of Draymond’s leadership, defense, and effort, plus the elite interior scoring that he already provides.

Cheaper assholes can be found than 4/100mil IMHO.

We'd be handcuffed financially with him on this team if we took him on. For what he brings, he's now a HUGE net negative offensively and defensively he isn't good enough to match that poor offense anymore. We don't have shooters so his passing would be ineffective.
