McNamara isn't speaking very high on the Celtics packages this morning. Says it's either Tatum and little else or Brown and a lot of stuff.

At this point I take either of those over any Lakers deal aside from a Godfather offer.

If Davis/RP come out and say they won't go wherever he gets traded in going to be very interested how the NBA handles that. It won't be a good look.

I'm not worried. We may not even use the pick when the time comes. It may be flipped down the road for a long term piece.
Say some team starts to blow it up around the trade deadline and Memphis is sitting there with the worst record so they know it won't convey until 2021.

The same shite happened with the Sacramento pick this season that Boston owned. Everyone thought it was going to be a huge asset, ended up being 14.

With the new changes to the lottery, slots 8-12 are more valuable than they have been in the past. It both lowers the value of expected "high" slots, and increases the value of expected "lower" lottery slots.
