A few of these emails have shown up on Twitter. Unless these people broke some kind of code of conduct rule, this organization is pretty stupid to pull tickets from fans that actually still want to buy them. No offer of relocation, so it's not likely some minor renovation or something that would make the seats unavailable.

I have heard of cases where people on payment plans do not honor financial commitments after tickets are issued. Reps have to chase them for $$.
But just from looking at this dudes twitter, it's possible someone filed a complaint against him.

It’s because they were reselling tickets for most games.

That doesn't make any sense. I have sold my tickets to every game except one. By the time I could actually go to a game based on my schedule, the season was virtually over based on injuries and the way they started.
I went to a game around Christmas to buy Christmas presents with my pelican bucks and haven't been back. I'm not selling them to make money. I simply have no desire to go to the games because of the product. I'm sure they would be happy to take my 10 grand again if I wanted to renew, but unless they win the lottery and hire a new coach, I'm not.
Whoever is not being allowed to renew, must have done something to warrant that. And if not, this organization lacks more self awareness than we could ever even dream to imagine.

Agreed. If they're not allowing them to renew because they resold most of their tickets, that's incredibly tone deaf. No one is making their money back reselling, much less making a profit, because the product sucks.

I can promise you those letters were sent to accounts that just resell the tickets over multiple seasons.
