I had a bad feeling this team was running it back prior to the draft. They can't get what they want for Trey (I agree to keep him in that scenario), but they also can't dump some bad contracts.

Pretty much have no choice to stand pat.

Most likely scenario would be to flip Poole/ Hawk for a starting Center and a bench SG. A real threat at starting center and a full year with Murray should have a pretty big impact.

It would for sure cost us a protected 1st and everyone will melt. But they'd melt anyway and we would atleast get better.

The only thing worse than that is actually running it back without making any upgrades.

I really could give a frick about our '28,'29, etc picks with Zion/ Trey/ Herb/ Murray on the roster. If we want to be competitive then sure trade them. If it doesn't work then cool trade everyone except Fears/ Queen.

Shouldn't be upset at either of those things. Only thing to actually be upset about is not upgrading.

It likely costs us a first just to get off those guys, let alone getting a coveted asset like a starting Center

Anyone that has followed the Pels and would rather Zion over Ingram is retarded. I didn't suggest trading Trey Murphy for BI. I suggested trading the worst franchise player in the history of the NBA for BI.

MIL: Poole
Pels: Turner/ '28 1st (Top 10 protected)

Or

Move Hawk + sign Mitchell Robinson

Both realistic upgrades without blowing everything up.

Every time is see the thread title the following lyrics pop in my head.

Run it back ,yo
Run it back, yo
Run it, Run it, Run it, Run it, Run it
Back yo

I am not sure where the lyrics come from. Seems like it is a rap song. I could be wrong . I feel like this is on the wall in the Joe's office
