I don't know why. He's young, and he's the hardest worker in the NBA. Why shouldn't his game continue to improve over the next 3 or so years?

Maintaining a 3-pt % of 40% might not be in the cards...but I think he could easily become a solid 37/38%. His expected area of improvement...will be when he becomes more aggressive going to the hoop...& learns how to finish & draw more fouls when going to the hoop...AND learns when to dish the ball off, when going to the hoop. Made a huge leap this year going to the hoop & see no reason he won't get even better at that...over the next few years. Still learning.

I saw somewhere that he's 4th in the entire NBA in transition points per possession. He's worked hard on his transition game and is now truly elite at it.

As good as Josh Hart was with his "one-man fast breaks," Herb is better.
