Take back Kyrie's expiring.

Boston is not trading Kyrie under any circumstances

Hayward is a shell of his former self. Pass.
I’d wait until beginning of next year to determine if he is washed. PG took a while too to look right.
Plus let’s be honest, if Hayward did return to form, a white star player might actually move the needle for the locals.

Ahhhh, the obligatory racist post, even overlooking the fact NOLA is 60% African American....
Kinda fricks up your theory eh??

Kyrie isn't resigning and they have Rozier. Better to commit to Terry than have both walk.

Kyrie has already said multiple times hes re-signing

Now tell me the % of season ticket holders.
You’ve definitely convinced me you don’t follow the NBA. You’re absolutely clueless, with every post you make.

I hope Boston is as serious as everyone says they are.
- Tatum is arguably the best future prospect in the league outside of maybe Doncic or Simmons.
- AD winning out East with Boston doesn’t really bug me much.
- Lebron gets stuck on the Lakers by his damn self and can’t advance past the semis or WCF.
I’m beginning to understand the Batman comments seeing how this team comes out with so little passion and energy. I do think AD could be the greatest Robin of all time, and he could thrive next to a Kyrie/Lebron type. It really sucks as Cousins could have been Batman potentially. This franchise has some awful luck.
This team’s exhausting. I’m just honestly ready for another fresh start if they can’t catch fire this season.

God man I completely agree with all those points. Well said my friend.
AD is the next Scottie Pipen/D Wade of this generation. Great talent but not an alpha.

You talking about the “Chocolate City” being too white to cheer for the Pelicans bc they have majority black athletes? Winning games would help, finish the season over .500, consistent playoff appearances will bring the fans and excitement. Instead, the only success this Pelicans franchise has had is winning the NBA lottery to acquire AD which has led to this fantastic notion that eventually we will have a Championship caliber team.
And it never fails, all Democrats see is race. Nothing else matters!

If I was AD, I'd prefer Boston. Have a closer in Kyrie who is younger. Also, Brad will play a center next to him. If AD goes to LA, he will be playing center with LBJ at PF

I’m saying the facts, Choclate City doesn’t support the Pelicans.
I’m also saying if the second coming of Larry Bird(A white superstar wing player-not Gordon Hayward) laced them up in NOLA. NOLA might support this franchise more. I’m not offbase here.
NBA season ticket holders are more white collar just by nature. Instead of the electrcfing Point Guard, the Half Court Scoring Wing, the all world Floor General with his Tough Twin Towers and Euro Sniper, then #1 Pick/Generational Talent/Player who won a college title in New Orleans...barely get the fan support that they’ve been warranted.
That maybe just maybe a different kind of player profile is the type that have this small market finally embrace this franchise.
Also, this team met most of that criteria you listed & are still bottom 5 in attendance.

What's the race of STH have to do with anything? At any given time you can go online and find hundreds of available seats... it's not just STH that have to support a team, unless you're trying to tell me 30% of NOLA'S population should buy 100%of Pels tickets?
FOH with your race bullshite.

Smart move for AD would be Boston or Philly...
Boston for the reasons you mentioned, Philly also has that closer in Butler, and an All-Pro MVP caliber Center in Embiid where Davis knows he would pretty much never be playing Center again.

No trades happening.. AD wont commit unless its the Lakers.
Posted on 12/27/18 at 6:50 pm to Soggymoss
No I’m saying the predominant race of season ticket holders are white.
A white wing superstar might sell more tickets.
But more than anything, the excuses to why NOLA doesn’t support the team are tired and bullshite.

Yep. Kyrie and Davis could dominate for a long time and Boston is set up for more long term success currently. The Lakers would have to gut the team to the point it was AD and Bron and whomp whomp. Even then, Bron’s window is probably 3-4 years and that’s being generous and assuming he can play at this level into the late 30s, but he’s such a freak I wouldn’t doubt it. Even then, Davis is stuck after that. The Lakers will be better at retooling than the Pels obviously but still. It’s not a given like Boston.
